Workshops

Learning architecture through museums

In addition to opening the same year, Frank Lloyd Wright’s Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum and Le Corbusier’s National Museum of Western Art in Tokyo both present art around a spiral form: circular in the former, and square in the latter.

This MAUSHAUS-led workshop will reflect on the experiences and sensations that architecture can offer visitors, like those elicited by Frank O. Gehry’s design for the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao.

Activity for teens between ages 12 and 16. Max. 25 participants

Activity organized with the High Technical School of Architecture at UPV/EHU, on the occasion of the 60 th anniversary of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum building.
