Eduardo Rojo

Eduardo Rojo is an architect graduated from the Architecture University of Navarre in 1993. He received his PhD in 1999 with the dissertation “tracks and their environment: the communications system as a life landscape”. After a short period working at CEA (Spanish acronym for Environmental Studies Centre), he worked as an architect at the Urban Landscape Office of the Vitoria City Hall.

He was head of the Public Road Service for 4 years. He is currently Head Architect of the Public Space and Natural Environmental Service of the Vitoria City Hall, planning and developing for the city projects relating to Public Space, Green Ring and municipal territories. In recent years, he developed the Public Space Mobility Plan and the Green Infrastructure project, amongst others.  He managed the Urban Planning Department of the University of Navarre between 2000 and 2009. He collaborated in the teaching and organization of Landscape Specialization from 1996 to 2015.
